Outcome-based pricing

$0.33 per resolution. If we don't resolve it, you don't pay.

Outcome-based means you pay when a customer's request is actually done, not when a bot says "hope that helps!" and disappears. Escalations, reopens and failed scorecards cost $0. No seats, no onboarding fee, no long contract.

$0.33 is our Scale price with a monthly volume commitment. Pay as you go is $0.39. Yes, those are the real numbers, on a public page.

Your volume
All conversations your team gets in a month, across channels.
This is your estimate, not our promise. We don't publish a resolution rate, because it depends on your flows and policies. Shadow mode shows you a real number on your own tickets.
Human cost (optional)
"Loaded" means salary plus taxes, tools and management. Leave blank to skip.
Estimate · per month2,500 resolutions
Pronomy1 $825 2,500 resolutions × $0.33 (Scale).
Fin, at list price2 at least$2,475 At least 2,500 outcomes × $0.99. A real Fin bill may be higher.
Human handling3 $8,333 333 hours for the same 2,500 tickets.

Estimates only. Not a quote, and not a guaranteed saving. Prices checked October 2026.

1. Pronomy: your monthly tickets × your share = estimated resolutions, × our price. The calculator assumes Scale ($0.33) from 1,000 resolutions a month and Launch ($0.39) below that. That cut-off is a calculator assumption. Your real Scale commitment is agreed with you, and its terms aren't included here. Escalations, reopens within 7 days and failed scorecards are $0 and aren't counted. No seat or onboarding fees.

2. Fin: list price from the Fin pricing page, checked October 2026: $0.99 per outcome, with a 50-outcome monthly minimum. We assume Fin's billable outcomes are at least equal to your resolutions. Fin's outcome also counts some handoffs (a Procedure you set up to end in a handoff) and some sales routing, so a real Fin bill may be higher than this estimate. Fin also runs an Early Stage program with large startup discounts, and negotiated terms may differ, so your bill could also be lower. Excludes Intercom helpdesk seats and add-ons such as Pro. Fin is a trademark of its owner. Full comparison.

3. Human: estimated resolutions × your minutes per ticket × your hourly cost. Your inputs, not our data. It shows what those tickets cost to handle by hand today. It is not a saving we promise: the rest of your tickets still need people, and your real resolution share may differ.

The billable unit

Our definition of resolved.Public, strict, and written into the bill.

A lot of vendors bill for an "outcome" they define. We bill for one thing. All five of these must be true, or the conversation costs you nothing.

Everything else is free.

  • $0The agent hands off to a person, by policy or because it isn't sure.
  • $0An action failed, or was promised and never confirmed.
  • $0The customer comes back with the same issue within 7 days.
  • $0The conversation fails its scorecard.

  1. 01 · DoneThe request was completed within your policy. Not a link to an article. The thing they asked for, done the way your rules allow.
  2. 02 · ConfirmedEvery promised action was confirmed by the target system. If the reply says "refunded", the billing system said so too. A promise isn't a result.
  3. 03 · No takeoverNo human had to take over.If your team stepped in, it wasn't our resolution.
  4. 04 · Stayed fixedThe customer didn't reopen the same issue within 7 days.If they come back, it wasn't really solved.
  5. 05 · PassedThe conversation passed its scorecard. No failed "Right actions" check, and the overall score at or above the threshold we agree with you.

Scorecards & Analytics

Grading and analysis, honestly priced. Here's what you get, and what it costs.

We set up Scorecards and Analytics with you, from your own flows, policies and tickets. Setup is part of free onboarding.

Scorecards for AI conversations

Included in Scale

Every plan checks each AI conversation against its scorecard before it can be billed. That's the guarantee. On Scale, your team also gets the scorecards for AI conversations: tone of voice, right actions, right response, right timing.

Scorecards for your human team

Per scored conversation · not per seat

Score your human agents' conversations with the same scorecards, with coaching flags. You can start here before you automate anything. Pricing is per scored conversation. Talk to us for a number.

Analytics

Included in Scale

Shows what your customers ask and why. Groups tickets by topic and root cause, with example conversations and trends over time. Finds doc gaps, confusing screens and failing payments, so fewer customers need to write in.

Pricing questions

The fine print.Out loud, in plain words.

Is there a minimum?
Not on Launch. You pay $0.39 per resolution and nothing else. Scale has a monthly volume commitment, and we set it with you from your real volume, so you aren't pre-paying for tickets that may never show up. Custom is agreed case by case.
Can I cap what I spend?
Yes, on every plan. You set a monthly spending cap, and we never bill above it. Change it whenever you like. A product launch that goes viral shouldn't turn into a viral invoice.
What's the difference between a ticket and a resolution?
A ticket is any conversation the agent works on. A resolution is a ticket that meets all five conditions. You only pay for resolutions. Tickets the agent hands off, gets wrong or can't confirm cost $0.
Do other languages cost more?
No. The agent replies in the language your customer writes in, and the price is the same. Someone writing in Polish at 2 a.m. deserves the same care as someone writing in English at noon.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding is free. We draft your first flows from your tickets, docs and policies, and you confirm them. If you want, we also do the technical connection for you, also free. Then shadow mode, then one live flow.
How long is the contract?
There isn't a minimum term and there's no lock-in. Launch is pay as you go. Scale's commitment is a monthly volume, not a multi-year contract. Your lawyer can take the afternoon off.
Do you charge per seat?
No. One agent per company. Your whole team can use Pronomy without adding a cent to the bill. Invite the intern. Invite the CEO. Same price.
What if I think a resolution shouldn't have been billed?
Flag it. Every billed resolution has a record: the conversation, every action with the system's response, and the scorecard. A person on our side reviews it against the five conditions. If any one of them fails, it comes off your bill. No forms in triplicate. Write to oleksii@pronomy.io.

*Pronomy is software. It doesn't ship in a box. We did once print a ticket on a receipt printer. It said RESOLVED.

P.S.

I priced it this way because paying for a bot that says “hope that helps!” felt like tipping a waiter for pointing at the kitchen. If a line on your bill ever looks wrong, write to me and I’ll check it myself.
